Cameron Diaz carries boyfriend Alex Rodriguez’s daughter, Ella, on Monday (December 20) in Mexico.

The 38-year-old actress also hung out on the patio of her hotel room with A-Rod, 35, his older daughter Natasha, and some pals.

At one point, Cam spent time sunbathing in a yellow bikini.

The day before, Cameron and Alex soaked up the sun with his daughters.
